- Booking Policy: To make a booking, guests must provide a valid credit card or make a payment via bank transfer. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon with the host.
- Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 14 days before the check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
- Check-in/Check-out Policy: Check-in is at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and probable additional fees.
- Occupancy Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed in each apartment is specified on the booking page.
- Damages and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay. The host reserves the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required.
- Smoking and Pet Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments, and pets are not allowed.
- Professional use: Any professional use of the apartments (Photography, video etc.) is not allowed.
- Noise and Disturbance Policy: Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and neighbours. Loud music and parties are not allowed on the property.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required at the time of booking or check-in to cover any damages or violations of the rental agreement.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Greece.
By making a booking, guests agree to these terms and conditions and any additional policies or rules specified by the host. The host reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
